Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays). Custom cable assemblies and made-to-order items may require additional lead time, confirmed on your quote before payment.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Houston, Texas, USA.

Carriers & Delivery Times

  • United States: 2–6 business days via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS.
  • International: typically 5–15 business days depending on destination and customs.

Shipping Costs

Charges are calculated at checkout from weight, dimensions and destination. Heavy/freight orders are quoted individually.

International & Customs

Import duties and taxes are the recipient responsibility and are not included. Customs delays are outside our control.
