The PRF-TER-056 is a precision 1.0mm female coaxial termination rated DC - 110 GHz, handling 1W with a maximum VSWR of 1.60:1. It gives unused test and equipment ports a clean, well-matched 50 ohm load.
One part covers DC - 110 GHz, spanning the W-band millimeter-wave range. A single termination handles bench calibration, system spares and port protection, so you are not caught with an under-rated load when test frequencies move higher.
The 1.60:1 maximum VSWR keeps return loss low and the response flat, so measurements stay close to simulation. The precision resistive element holds a consistent 50 ohm load across the full band.
The precision female interface mates repeatably with 1.0mm and W-band plugs. Tight interface geometry keeps alignment and contact resistance stable through repeated connections.
The passivated stainless steel body is rugged, corrosion resistant and dimensionally stable, so the termination holds its fit and performance through everyday handling and frequent mating.
