The PRF-TER-014 is a precision SMA female coaxial termination rated DC - 6 GHz, handling 1W with a maximum VSWR of 1.15:1. It gives unused test and equipment ports a clean, well-matched 50 ohm load.
One part covers DC - 6 GHz, spanning the full SMA operating band. A single termination handles bench calibration, system spares and port protection, so you are not caught with an under-rated load when test frequencies move higher.
The 1.15:1 maximum VSWR keeps return loss low and the response flat, so measurements stay close to simulation. The precision resistive element holds a consistent 50 ohm load across the full band.
The precision female interface mates repeatably with SMA and compatible 3.5mm plugs. Tight interface geometry keeps alignment and contact resistance stable through repeated connections.
The passivated stainless steel body is rugged, corrosion resistant and dimensionally stable, so the termination holds its fit and performance through everyday handling and frequent mating.
A gold-plated beryllium copper contact delivers low, stable contact resistance and resists oxidation, preserving the 50 ohm match and signal integrity over the service life of the part.
